These small, weak, slow kids we have will fight you for 48 minutes and at the end of the game, win or lose you will know you've been in a war. 

I agree.  SP put it on Marion, I don't see how Carl can say they are barely better.  It sounded like SP put a good ole whooping on Marion. If CF is fortunate enough to make it to SP then it will be a good game I think but Greenback and Whitwell are good ball clubs too.

You want me to be real honest? MC had 1 actual drive. York was way better.  26 points versus a winless team? You beat a winless team with 26 points and you want to talk about offense and speed?

It could have been a little worse.  Coalfield settle for running the clock in the second half by going under center and letting Parker hand the ball off for the most part.

I rarely brag on our team at SP. I'm always respectful to the opponents, but you have no idea about a tradition rich, program like SP. As I have said.. you might beat us this season, but disrespecting our program takes it to another level. Keep running your yapper. Learn how to win with grace and act like you've been there before.

      That would have been Coach Benjamin who was his legal Guardian and the DB coach.  I was the LB's Coach that was barely older than the players (I was going to UT for school and had started at Greeneville since my Sophomore year when Z coached there and he asked me to help coach)

      Going on over a month now and still nothing, rumor mill or not I think a decision needs to be made. Maybe they don’t have anyone wanting it and maybe rumor mill don’t need it they are taking this long to come to an agreement.

      Gibson County proved last year you can win it all with 6 players and if I’m not mistaken they only played 5 in the championship game. I would expect them to be good by end of season but I think losing Hart is a huge loss.  Summer camp gives teams a preview of what to expect and it’s exciting to see where teams are at. The Fillies return 3 starters and the 6th man that is 6’2” and I think she is going to surprise folks this season.
