Rockwood comes to Harriman for myVLT Rivalry Thursday

The longest running rivalry in the state continues come Thursday night!! This time it makes the stop at Wallace Black Field in Harriman for a televised game on myVLT's Rivalry Thursday. Both teams come into the game on losing streaks as the Tigers and Devils have struggled to find their rhythm in the first half of the season. The Tigers should be coming looking for some payback this year as last year was a year to forget as the Big Blue drubbed Rockwood 31-0 at Civitan field. A win for both teams is much needed and a rivalry win like this could be just what it takes to propel either team onto a streak going into the second half of the season where every game is crucial for both the Blue Devils and the Tigers to have playoff hopes. Coming into the game it looks as if Rockwood might have the edge over Harriman for talent as a whole, but it's a rivalry game and you cam throw everything out the door! I think the Big Blue have a prime opportunity to turn things around and there's no better way to start than by smacking your biggest rival in the mouth on TV!! GO BIG BLUE!!!
