Alcoa is far from rebuilding. I remember back I'm thinking around late 90.early 2000s.when alcoa was in 2A and not very good at all.  I think they were playing wartburg or someone and I remember the radio announcer saying...teams better enjoy beating alcoa now cause they will be back...and by golly he was right...great program all around..

The long ball is all timing. Start Russell out with short passes and allow him to get in rhythm then stretch it 15-20 yards. No need to throw very low percentage deep balls .....
