I believe this is the third straight year sycamore has drawn White House  in first round . Last year head coach was out the whole tournament for White House . These two always play exciting games . Sycamore led by 13 in the fourth down there blew it then WH gave it to them late . At White House sycamore up 68-50 with 2;50 left in the third then collapsed and lost by 10 . Anybody's game

Could be tough for either syc or wh if they play a tight game, then turn around and play harp the next night. Players will either get and stay hot or wear down....with that being said either could blow out an overrested harp team that will have been off for over a week. Not sure which is better.. tired but hot or rested and off sync. Knowing harp, it will be down to the wire though.

Letting this sink in.... with heritage out, the number 2 spot or who knows number 1 spot will be between GB, which i think have the players, but have been average at best through the season and CC/Westm .... the two bottom teams this season...... boy that part of the bracket got easier quick....if westm wins their game then two of the 4 top tournament teams have 3 COMBINED district wins during the season. Let that sink in a little more. LMAO

I am just excited to see Sycamore and White House Friday night it's gonna be an exciting game. I think Sycamore will win as said before, but they'll have to learn to play a complete game if they wanna bid to region. White House could win too if their shooting is on.. Just a really exciting game.

Going out on a limb for this quirky season, Heritage and Harpeth will be in the Dist. finals.  Heritage's game against Greenbrier was an anomaly. Keys for Heritage, Eddings hitting enough threes to open defense up, Oskin staying in the game out of foul trouble, and the team playing together and for each other.  Wouldn't hurt to get Petrone back too.  They're hard to beat when that's happening.  Only seen it once this year at White House.

Cheatham County must have caught on fire if they were down by 20 and come back to win.  Sure the pros overcome those deficits consistently, but high school ball?  Really?  Usually it would indicate that key personnel went missing due to fouling, injury, etc. or the head coach got tossed or something along those lines to give up a 20 point lead.  No excuse for that.  Blame to go all around for the Patriots.  Much credit to the Cubs.

Congratulations to sycamore third time the charm for them . Third year in a row they play WH in first round this time it's sycamore advancing . 45 the big sophomore in the middle the difference . Both teams hit 3 's like they usually do but he made sure no lay ups were made . They are young and Will only get better . A possibly rematch in finals next year . WH will be returning all starters ., really feel sycamore can beat Harpeth and possibly win this district tournament . Harpeth is senior oriented though and might be deciding factor . Good luck to the last 4 in

Thanks 52Bomber.. I had no doubt this team could do it if they could play a complete game and #45 is only a sophomore he's got so much time to grow.He finished with 20 pts and 14 rebounds and a handful of blocks. White House played a great game shot good, their downfall has to be no inside presence. Sycamore being so young helped them in this big win.. they will be even better next year. I think if they finish Harpeth off they'll win the district tourney which would be huge. Good luck to the final four teams and also shoutout to the Sycamore girls for a big bid to region idk If that's allowed to be said bc this is boys talk just had to put that in there lol. So proud of the boys!! The drive was well worth it.

So east Nashville lost tonight which means they'll be traveling first gameif region. Doesn't look good for whoever they play.
