I think we'd have to follow their lead and incorporate several criteria into the equation. Strength of schedule would definitely need to be factored in. We'd need to determine how much to "weight" all of these variables such as win/loss, strength of schedule and in some instances, I dare to include tradition (recent success). Please keep in mind, these are simply rating systems and can not eliminate a team that's earned the right to play a semi-final game. Adds some excitement to the sport at a time when 90% of the fan bases have moved on to basketball! Just look at these boards following the second round. There essentially dead! Greenback would of played the exact same opponents in my scenario. The only difference being the more coveted matchup with South Pittsburg would of been in Cookeville...
