Region 3A/Can district 6A make it a clean sweep?

The only game in question is the one between Clay and VanBuren.  None of the girls have been even the slightest  bit competitive and none of the boys games will  be outside of this one.  I have Jackson County winning by 24 on the road, Monterey and Pickett will name their score as to how bad they want to win so it comes down to this game.  

 

I'll say Clay wins in an upset 64-63

Clay really struggled in last 6 quarters so I say van burden wins.  I too believe 6a wins rest of games.  I will say van buren by 18, Jc by 8, Pickett by 26, Monterey by 24.

I don’t think Clay can win in Van Buren. Van Buren is one of the toughest places to play at ESPECIALLY when tournament time comes around.

If Hardy Memorial can stay out of foul trouble they can give Jackson County a tough game  !!

Well, we were both wrong. I knew Clay would win but I didn’t see JC losing.

RHMS is a lot better than the credit they are getting.  Their record is incorrect on coach t.  I put their starting 5 against anyone.  Number 1 is awesome just wish he wasn't a senior.  Depth is their only problem.

Didn’t VanBuren just beat them by 44 points a few weeks ago?  Hats off to them for beating a weak JC team but the road ends in Sparta on Tuesday.

As mentioned depth is the issue. Stay out of foul trouble they are different team.   They led van buren at the half in December. Foul trouble has been the issue all three games against them.  It may end in Sparta but they beat a team they were predicted to get beat by 24. Without knowing what kind of team they are.

It helped Hardy to get a terrific athlete in for this year and another over Christmas break. You never know what they can put on the floor.

Pickett was up by 42 when they unloaded the bench and won by 28. Abbott and Gibson both had 5 threes and the team had 13 threes.  What happened. Jackson Co?

Monterey started a little slow, but turned it on in second half, for the win.  Semi-Final Predictions, anyone?
