We'll be broadcasting from South Pittsburg as one of the oldest rivalries in high school football takes the field this Friday!  South Pittsburg hosts Marion County!  Nothing but Pride riding on this Non Conference game, but these two programs would prefer this win over all others during the regular season!   We'll bring you coaches interviews first hour and discuss big games the second hour!   Here's a list of this weeks Coaches:

4:30-  Knoxville Catholic Head Coach Steve Matthews

4:45- South Pittsburg Head Coach Vic Grider

5:00- Huntingdon Head Coach Eric Swenson

5:15- Sycamore Head Coach Justin Robison

Hoping to have "The Drunken Sailor" joining us to pick games at 5:30

You can just jump from The Flying Zucchini Brothers plane and deliver Griders game balls along with the American Flag.

What kind of mess is this? Is that Dunwoody lady letting you sit with her in that Mathis mans coaching seats? I will be real mad again at Grider.  I want you to ask Grider why he fired his body gard? He will need him when that Mathis man finds out about this mess.  You think im joking but im not.

What kind of mess is this? I garuntee you its gonna take every penny I have to get into Griders stadium Friday.  I couldnt even get in last week.  If I cant get in Im gonna  stand up on that over pass and watch.  Those greenback people cost me every penny I had.  You think im joking but im not.

Thanks, I appreciate that.   I think Mid-season would be a good time to reflect on preseason picks and make adjustments.   Great idea.  I'll try and make that happen.

Are you joking? If I get in Griders field that Jordan man that is the chief much take me to that Burnett mans jail.  I garuntee you want pay my way in.  You would try to steal  my  Murphy Fair book and give it to Pegleg and powerp. You think im joking but im not.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
