That's ok and I wasn't a young kid when I watched him and in fact he was just a few year's ahead of me, so that's why I said what I did and I approve this message!!! LOL.. sure would love to have someone like him or Eddie come back through..

Eddie Moore was a stud we played against him in the mid 90s  he rung my bell a few times. He was a pure athlete!

Yes he was and rung a few bell's!! LOL.. He was a very hard worker also and alot of people don't know how hard he had it coming up and he made something great of himself and Coach Grider has alot to do with that.

I believe it ! Glad he is a overcomer! I remember watching him play for UT I would tell my wife I played against him. It's always good to hear stories like Eddie's!

I was a freshman when Eddie came to greenback and played against us and I think he hiked to his self then pitched to his self and passed it to his self all in one play !!!! He was a unreal athlete

LV has had a good season. Being realistic  they have probably overachieved. They should be proud of a good year for sure. Their season won’t be defined by the outcome of this game. Just my opinion on it.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
