OOLTEWAH AT FARAGUT

Farragut’s terrible  play calling made Bearden better on defense.  I hope we’ve got that out of our system.

Yes.  More than anything, the terrible game plan cost Farragut against Bearden.  Farragut’s best offensive player #15 didn’t get many touches at all, and not a single one in the first half.

Why would you or any Maryville fan pull so hard for the Owls?  I wouldn’t think it’s because of fearing that Maryville would have to play Farragut in the Qtrs.

It always amazes me why everyone seems to always pull so hard against Farragut.

THOSE ARE MY REGION BUDDIES AND THEY LOVE PA!! THAT IS HOW WE DO IT IN 2-6A..  IT REALLY DON'T MATTER WHO GOES TO THE QTRS A BIG BOWL OF MOTHBALL SOUP WILL BE WAITING AFTER THE GAME:hungry: ALONG WITH A PIECE OF HUMBLE PIE IF YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD ANY CHANCE TO BEAT MARIVUL ON THEIR HOME TURF.:thumb: I'M GLAD THAT YOU HAVE THE ARTIFICIAL STUFF SO NO MUDDY FIELD. WE LIKE THE NATURAL MUDD BOWLS IN THE 423..

This has got to be embarrassing for Ooltewah. Farragut is still scoring points playing with their JV team in the 4th quarter.

That was about as dominant an offensive performance as you can get.  Farragut scores a TD on every single possession!  Hard to do better than that!   Way to go Ads!   If the Ads play this well next week they may have an outside shot at an upset!

Farragut was by far the better team tonight. The Refs were some of the worst Ive seen in a long time. The only thing worst than those guys were some of our lovely fans,.,,.,Some of the worst ,Ive ever heard at Ooltewah(and Ive been with and around some bad ones myself).Screaming F-bombs and yelling BS!!! and every other Adult word you can come up with(.embarassing).Had to get parents out of the locker room at halftime etc...anyway Proud of this years team they were definitely over-achievers for sure. The coaches did an excellent job(did a lot more coaching behind the scenes off the field). There's a lot more to coaching highschool kids than standing on a fence yelling at certain kids to "call his own plays" or "do what you do" etc...from people that never even played football and probably cant spell football!! Farragutt will hang around till midway thru 2nd qtr next week, then Maryville will more than likely take ADs to the woodshed,by the 4th. Im hoping ADs pull out a squeeker 28-27,but Maryville is playing on another level right now(as usual). REBELS 47-7...

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
