This district has become very soft.  All teams except Huntland and Moore County playing 2-3 zones.  Kids do not get any better playing zones.  Look at the teams that make it to the state tournament and see how many zone defenses you see.  May see a match up zone with man principles.  Grace may win the region this year which tells you where this district is headed.

They should have won both regular season games.  Depends on rebounding and being able to make shots,

It's not just this district,  seeing more and more teams stuck in a 2-3 zone. N

Moore Co. only beat one team (Community) with a winning record this year.

A team will not ever get better playing a 2-3 zone.  You play zone because you cant guard people.  If you want to get better as a team you have to bite the bulllet and coach your girls up and teach them how to play man defense.

Since you know this, I assume you saw that they played mostly AAA teams the whole first half of the season? That plus being young and poorly coached. But everyone has to rebuild at some point. I just hope they go a new direction that will give those girls a fighting chance.

Really good freshmen class. The AAA teams they played are some of the weaker ones in state. Can they pull upset tonight?
