GeneralForrest
Home opener for the Rockets. Who knows about Portland? They had a 35-6 win last night over a Kentucky team.
Sidelinehustler
A match up of fundamentally sound football teams. If you enjoy defense this could be your pick if you are looking for a small town Friday night special. Portland's size at QB and on the offensive line could give Forrest some problems. However, Forrest may have an edge in the other skill positions. If you're a betting man...it's a pick um'.
GeneralForrest
Rockets certainly weren't fundamentally sound in the penalty dept.

TynerRamFan
Sonny Moore gives the edge to Forrest without adding the home field advantage.
GeneralForrest
We know one thing They (Portland) will be better than East Robertson,. We are gonna find out how much these games against Tyner, Meigs, Marion, Waverly, Watertown, BGA, and Page have taught these kids. Preperartion is key. We will know Friday if they are prepared. Or if they are not. Edited August 26, 2019 by GeneralAmerigha

Portland is a one man show on offense and pretty sound defensively, Kaleb Mandrell is their guy, plays QB for them, plays very similar to Tim Tebow style of play, bigger kid runs more than he throws

GeneralForrest
That is a kid that will give Forrest trouble. They had zero answer for Heath Price last year. A do it all Tebow type. How was Edmundson Co quality wise?
