South picks the score in this one.

Julian Reed will break his new rushing record by going for 400 on Central.  Probably in the first half.

South 91

Central 0

Well I don"t think 91 will pop up on the scoreboard lol  , but Central will throw it some. The last team that we had to defend a bunch of passes against was Cherokee and we lost 32-30.  Heck we might even try to throw it once or twice !!!!!

Central is super small and soft up front and they just can't stop the run.  They've given up like 400 yards on the ground to everybody and they've not played an offensive line or RB like what South has.  I think the North QB had over 200 yards on them and they made Volunteer look like Alabama.  South's going to cruise to a very easy win this week and clear the bench.

I think Central could surprise some people. Any other year I'd say blowout but South hasn't been lighting it up this season either. South blew out GC and Central blew out PF. Other than that Central has had close losses. That North game they held the lead for the most part and then Volunteer won at the end. South needs to watch out or Central could steal one away from them.

Was not 91 to 0 , but 47-23 South  .  O-line pushed them around .  We have got to start throwing it a bit more sometime.

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
