I’ll settle this. Lake County has a good team. Huntingdon has a good team. There’s too many variables to compare anything at this point. I have no knowledge about any of the teams we will have to play in the playoffs. If you guys take care of business, which I believe you will, and we do the same; we will have a battle on Black Friday.

Looks like 2A was more friendly to ya'll.  We are just a little 1A school.  Our county's population is under 7,000.  No Wal-Marts or 4 lane highways.  Ya'll have had a good playoff run the past several years.

I’ll trade you a Wal-Mart and all the 4 lane highways for Reelfoot Lake! All football talk aside, I love that area.

Man yall draw from a population of 7,000 and are a small 1a school. Huntington has a population of around 3,000 and is a larger school. Sure ya'll ain't fudging!

i have heard that huntingdon's enrollment at the middle school is up and at the next classification cycle in 2021 they will be back up in 2A.

I don’t care if they put us in 3A as long as we are playing teams west of the Tennessee River! Ha

That is 7,000 for the entire county not just one city and that number includes nearly 2,000 inmates at Nortwest prison.  No fudging here. We are just a small poor county!
