DeKalb County @ Marshall County

Dont know anything abt DC but if they dont have a VERY good OL, then its gonna be a long night for their QB and RB. I'm gonna go out on a limb (a giant oak) and say MC #70 will set up a 3 hour residence in their backfield.

It wont be anything new if he does. He lives in everyone's backfield.

Best I've ever seen DeKalb play in a long time. They play like that again, then they will have a chance to go to Marshall Co and win. That's why they play the game. Anything can happen.

Can DeKalb string together 2 games of their lives? Consistency from game to game hasn't been there.  I'll go with Marshall 35-13 although DeKalb is definitely playing later than anyone ever thought.

Iceman it warms my heart to hear you say good things about DC. My son says that DJ will be back in January if your from here you know who he is. Can you imagine how deep at WR they wil be next season. DC only loses 3 starters on D and 2 on and O and 1 of those is the same guy.  DC has won 4 in a row and 6 of there last 7 losing to LA. IF there O played like they did friday at LA DC would have killed LA. Half way through the 4th it was only a 10-0 game. As you know though LA has there number. i will tell you this for a fact my son said they knew they were going to beat Tullahoma and they expect to beat Marshall. Playing those hard teams and having to grow up against Smith and Macon changed this team. They expect to win and if Aldino keeps throwing and Nokes,Knowles,Munoz and Ladet keep catching and Crook keeps running like they have this next game will be so fun to watch. Could you imagine if Bradford would have actually played this season the number 1 back in the region with these guys. Crook has really grown though. Hes exploded since the LA game and has become a hard  nosed runner. If you put this DC team against the DC team from the start of the season the would win by at least 4 tds.

LA is no better than Tullahoma thats a fact i watched both teams play.

Enjoy Marshall County. Livingston clearly is better than Tullahoma was, because if DeKalb scored 45, Livingston might have put up 76, you know, 31 points better than DeKalb.

King 21 DeKalb has consistently struggled against big physical teams.  I have said that for 20 years now. The White House's, Livingston's and Pearl Cohn's have traditionally given them fits. For whatever reason DeKalb has always been more suited to a finesse style of play. I would love to see them advance but if Marshall County is a big physical team it might be a long night.

Marshall County can play both styles of football but they will line up and run it down your throat if that's what you give them.  They will throw it all over the field too. Kicking game is very strong as well.
