I fully expect it to be better than last years game. That was a tough game for a freshman QB to make his first start on the road against a team like Haywood.

It's hard to call this game. With the way practice has been and the lack of usual scrimmage games that would have normally already taken place. Right now it's a coin toss. It's going to be 2 well coached teams no doubt. I do like everything we have again this year though. Some very very key pieces on this team that wasnt here last year. One thing you can expect and you can take it to the bank, this is going to be a VERY fun Patriot Squad to watch this year!! With that being said I will roll with my boys in RED!!!

Week one is definitely a tough time for this game. After watching (and hearing) the improvements the freshman QB made and knowing some of what is returning, I have to go with HC in this one. 
 

Looking forward to our trip to Paris next week...

Looking forward to hosting Beech next week. Should be an awesome matchup, but we have got our hands full this week with Haywood as Beech does with Powell also.

If Beech plays their game i think they win their game with Powell.

I really think that as much as our QB improved over the course of last year and with other key players coming back that HC will win. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

Yeah Ryan is hungry! The other guys are too. There is several impact SOPHOMORES to watch this year! Lol that's crazy to say but this team has a lot of big time talent in the Sophomore class!! A very good senior class too!!

Yeah I’m sure Ryan wants this game pretty bad. That was tough on him last year at Haywood but he really hung in there for a freshman making his first varsity start without his starting tailback.

Without 2 of our top RBs last year lol. Jaylen and Jermarcus was both out in that game due to injury.
