I agree Pujo. It would just take away what’s happening in college now. Certain players gettin cleared within a week and others not gettin it for months or maybe not at all. I feel for the players that truly need to move for family reasons and stuff and get denied. The tight end at Illinois has a grandpa thats dying of cancer and transferred closer to home and was denied clearance from NCAA. Now the BIG 10 has no season so it doesn’t matter just the principle.

Should not be a cookie cutter approach to anything, but people try to skirt the rules and make it hard for people who have legitimate reasons.

If you move into a new school district, as in your new house is on the new schools bus route, then eligible immediately. If not gotta sit a year. Oneida isn’t actually a city school. It kind of is but it is partially funded by the county.

So you have to move. Kid that came to Hampton is a baseball player and I reckon they are dropping baseball. Plays all 3 sports but really like Baseball.

Yes to be eligible you have to have a legitimate change of address into the new schools bus coverage area basically. If not gotta sit even if you move but buses for the new school doesn’t cover the new address. There are some rules about districts or zoning and such but the bus rout thing is the easy rule of thumb.

Not sure if all 3 will start or not. I’m fairly sure 1 won’t. Not sure about the second but maybe. The QB will eventually if not the first few weeks.

Doubt any were legal until the 1st day of school, Be hard to get the QB ready before the 1st game.  Getting a kid or 2 from one County school is not nearly as big a deal is getting kids from multiple schools every year.

They were cleared to practice before school started. Have to see if / when any of the get to play. Especially QB, hard to learn a new system in a few weeks.

I agree. It just seems certain ones get the treatment. Justin Fields for example left Georgia was was eligible at Ohio State the next week. Then you got Cade Mays who was just denied Monday for Tennessee.

I'd like to see you beat Meigs, think they have won the region every year. Good to see the Giant go down.
