Walker Valley @ Bradley Rivalry Week

Big rivalry game this week. Looking to get back on track after another bad loss to Farragut. Hopefully Burke can come back healthy ready to go or we might be in trouble.

Defense looks improved. We definitely need Burke back. I'm looking for my nephew Hall to have another great season. But Burke has to be healthy

May not be true but i heard Burke is out 2-3 weeks

Bad loss? No loss is a good loss but that Farragut team on defense alone has 6 or 7 players with committable college offers. Most notables. This team was stacked.

This is suppose to be the season we get over the hump. One of the most athletic Bradley teams ever. If we can’t get over the hump past maryville will we ever?

Losing Burke lost us the game unfortunately. Curry being gone also hurt this season.

Farragut literally played Maryville closer than anyone last season in the playoffs. I think Farragut can possibly win that one. And add in Burke Bradley is different.

Don’t sleep on WV. Akins has put together a heck of a coaching staff. They have changed the mindset and have the kids believing. They are solid on both sides of the line and they have some fast athletic players. The WV defense is also tremendously better and will be flying to the ball. Can they get over the mental hump when playing Bradley? That’s the question. Most of these kids haven’t had a coach two years in a row including middle school. They do now with Akins. It’s great to see three Cleveland teams competing. Should be fun.

Walker Valley is a team that potential could shock some teams this year. Coach Akin has done a tremendous job there. They worry me coming to Rhea Co in 2 weeks. I’m very interested in seeing how this game goes next Friday, especially if Burke is unable to play.

Looks like he will be able to go according to TNbear. Not a throwing shoulder injury. Ready to play.
