Greenback @ Sunbright

I have supported this team thru the bad,good and GREAT and I will as long as I can.We are spoiled from the last Decade but I remember a 3-7 year a few years back and I also remember 5 straight Semi final and 4 finals.We have hit the small school turn but the future looks great with a ton of underclassmen that need experience and we will climb back up that ladder in time.

 From what I have heard this game HAS NOT been cancelled as of yet.Sunbright is hoping to get this one in.GB needs a game to get these young men settled in on what Offense we can actually run with the personnel we have.The typical throw it every other down like we have been great at is gone for now.We need to rally the troops and settle in on a run type of game to get our young WR running the QB position comfortable with something.The run D at times has looked promising but our DBs have to step up big time,in turn our front 7 or 8 have to put pressure all night to take some of that pressure off of the DBs also.I really hope we get this game in and they dont cancel last minute so we can get another game if that is what the coaches think we need.

Closer than the experts think.  How close?  The Tribe of Many Nations pulls out a squeaker by the soccer score of 1-0.

Nope not close. GB gets their legs in this one and regains some much needed confidence. The TD drought ends in big fashion. I’m calling it here first. GB with a running clock if this one happens of course.

In my post above the game doesn't happen. So, a 1 point win for GB.  1-0.

Agree, It will be mercy rule. Greenback isnt a bad team just suffered from a pretty rough schedule so far. They had some really good players and had some good plays against us.

Greenback is a pretty good team. Not the beast they’ve been in recent years but I can easily see them in the quarterfinal and very possibly the semifinals. I do think SP is to much for anyone in the East with everything they bring back and a couple of additions sprinkled in. I don’t know much about the west but I’m betting on SP this year. They’ve been due for a few years.

I won’t give specifics, not my place, but they’ve not been full strength. They’ve still got another gear to go.
