4A AP Top 10 week of 9-14-20

AC has had our number. But both times I know i predicated that EHS had trouble against high-paced offense and would struggle against the pass as secondary was a big issue for us back then. However this season I feel EHS is a better team than back then while AC has taken a step back from those seasons. AC also had a stud playing that made life miserable lol

It's all about matchup's EHSTrack06.  Even though Greeneville's D has looked horrible so far this year with how young they are AC will have to face Greeneville at AC more than likely first. (A team they haven't beaten since 2005) The Same way AC has had Betsy's # Greeneville has had AC #.

 

They Same year AC beat Betsy at AC 54-21, Greeneville only beat Betsy  35-20 at home.  That following week after AC beat Betsy, Greeneville put a running clock on them at AC.

That is true. Its really all about the match up. I'd personally like to see EHS get another crack at AC but playing Greeneville twice is never fun haha. Assuming things go as planned and all 3 of us make it that far

Bud I’ll be the first to tell ya we didn’t have an answer for Martin for two years, but he is gone and if the qb y’all have now can’t get that Mickey Mouse arm going you’ll be in trouble.  1-2 is not a good start to Cookeville.

I agree we have to get some things cleaned up quickly on offense. But when you look at all the points we have given and left on the field kicking and we are still only 4 points away from undefeated and more than likely ranked #1 in 4A. That is something that we can build on going into second half.
