Its always a good thing to have the next strongest team in your own region.  It has worked that way for Greenback in region 2. They're in the same boat as we are in the sense they can't host the quarterfinals AND the semifinals in the same year UNLESS there's an upset in the opposite bracket.

Yes, bottom bracket will host in the quarterfinals this year... unless 2 teams meet that are in the same region them the highest seed will host.
