Barring the Farragut game, and the 2nd half in the Powell game they’ve been pretty dang solid, yes. Granted, I thought the first West game could’ve been much worse if they had of played their A game on offense that game, but thankfully for us they had a lot of self inflicted mistakes that game. I just hope we make it a great game. I will be giddy as he$& if we win though, no doubt.

I'm with you...I'll be ecstatic if we can pull this off! An OR win wouldn't be a miracle, but it would be a huge surprise. The question is...how does OR win this game?

West is the best team OR has played and will play on Friday night, Fast defense, good running game, can pass when necessary, for OR to win, they must move the ball on offense against the West defense and score if they get opportunity and not leave the OR defense on the field too long, I won't make a prediction other than it could be a very tight game, with a turnover maybe making the difference, Last year, the game was tied 14-14, when two turnovers gave West the edge, a pass knockdown /interception. short field score and a bad snap on a punt and short field score. Earlier this season, only a 13-7 West lead going into the 4th quarter before the defense wore down late, giving West a 22-7 win. OR offense was not effective at all in that game. I think it is a lot better now, plus the weather should be a lot better than that hurricane that hit during the first game. Too close to call.

Very good analysis. I would give the edge to West for sure but won't be shocked if OR keeps it close and comes away with a win. I also wouldn't be shocked to see West win handily.
