Playerscoach
Undefeated DCA travels to Silverdale this Friday. Any insight to their team and what to look for? Do you have a prediction? Thank you.

I don't care how much their youth is maturing, they have no real threat of throwing the ball downfield, even though they do have a D1 receiver prospect in A.J. Wallace. They just can't get him the ball. CCS makes a lot of mistakes probably because of youth, but Silverdale seems to have that mojo this year that is unpredictable. Also, in the first game they played, CCS flat out quit on defense once they got behind. Eye test goes to CCS, heart and desire to win goes to Silverdale. Probably would be a good one if they get another chance.

Looks like the QB for Silverdale is a talented and tough player that is the big threat in the offense. They didn’t pass much in the two films I saw so I’m not sure if that is a strength or weakness. From those two films I’d call the size and speed a toss up. DCA has several OL/DL in the rotation that are 270+ and the M and S LBers are both 220-230. DCA’s run game can wear teams down with a 180 RB or the FB can play RB at 225 lbs. The WRs are fast and talented with #19 having several big games and #7 putting up big numbers as well. These are a few DCA players to watch; #52, 33, 7, 19, 9, and #54. Other than Silverdales QB who would you say are the players to watch? A couple of weeks ago there were rumors a few players were jumping ship down to Rome High. Coach Conner has done a great job at Silverdale and I wish him the best going forward. Playerscoach
Silverdale beat DCA soundly. They are small but well coached and made big plays when they needed to. DCAs pass defense struggled to stay in coverage all night. Probably 35 penalties called.
plato
CCS is a complete dumpster fire. Say what you will about Mariakis, but he isn't getting the job done. Even with some talented individual players, the TEAM is atrocious.
Indian
From the outside, looks as if they were more concerned about obtaining talent than developing what was there.

CCC “obtaining talent”… that is a good way of phrasing it.
