But what you have to understand that in Knox County, it's different than a one school system or even two school system like Alcoa, Maryville, and Blount County are.  While the AD is an administrator at the school level there is still a lot of input from the Central Office powers that be when it comes to personnel issues.  Different game than what you guys have 20 miles south of Downtown Knoxville.

"A lot of input from Central Office" is putting it lightly. Those with actual inside knowledge know that they bow down to them.

At the end of the day High school, College and NFL coaches based off wins and losses. Yes molding young men is the most important factor but in reality if you aren’t winning you’re not sustaining a successful program but when you coach you understand that!
