Should be. It gets as little weird if Monterey and Rockwood win out and we lose both of our last two but if we win either sequoyah or coalfield we would be 7-3 or 8-2. Either of this scenarios then yes we would.

It’s complicated but yes! So many tiebreakers and what not but if we win out then it was locked up tonight and no tie breakers needed.

If we play like we did tonight we have the ability to play late into November. It’s all up to how the kids respond. I will say this, I’m very hard on this team and staff but I want to give credit where it’s due. Coach May and his staff called an outstanding game tonight and I saw an “Oneida” team play. Congratulations to the team and the staff on a job well done. We were 2 TD dogs at home and got the win. It was a close game but I never felt like we weren’t in control. That’s a credit to the staff and players. Don’t misunderstand, that doesn’t mean I didn’t feel like Monterey wasn’t in this one until the end, they absolutely were. I just never had that “it’s slipping away” moment tonight.

Listen no excuses for the Monterey boys, they didn’t bring their best to a game that mattered. Hats off to Oneida. They kicked a_ _ all night.
