Nice post game interview with Hammond. Seems like a great player and teammate. 

Noval Mayes is a keeper. He knows his stuff and has passion for the game and treats the kids well.  Really good stuff.

T Roy was missed but had good halftime comments.

Mayes also interviews Burchell, Bennett and Tankersley.  Great stuff. The kids really get into it. Mayes does too. Love it.

As I write that , false start Forrest. Geez

Adamsville looked better than they played. They had some size up front but tried to run a finesse offense and we were to quick. QB was a load and threw some dimes right before halftime but he also had some mental errors. I don't think they would have won a game in our region this year. Impressive rushing stats against any opponent and we called off the dogs early in the 4th quarter.

He finished the season strong and has two more years. If you remember against East Robertson with Davis out he didn't play offense for the first three drives???: all punts with no first downs. All backs Friday ran with authority and Davis was impressive in his return.

Finally Bennett got an opportunity to RUN and look what happens. Defense can't focus on the RBs and they start getting more production. To be honest I don't think Bennett's carries had anything to do with coaching. They were called passes that he just took off on his own. 11 games and a fast athletic QB has 2 plays designed for him to run. One everyone knows he's about to run it based on formation and the other he runs left does a 360 and comes back right. It looks like a busted play and it's not very effective fortunately we didn't have to see it this week.

We are averaging 7-8-9 yards a carry running our two backs right at them and are facing a 2nd and 3. We run a misdirection counter play for no gain and then have a false start followed by a delay of game. That's inexcusable. 3rd and 13 and the drive is over. 

Delay of game after a timeout or penalty is unacceptable. That's at least three times this season. This happened in the first game of the year and the 11th. At some point you just hope with experience the dumb junior pro level mistakes will stop but after 4 years you finally realize that's it's not and you have to expect and accept it.

I agree. Keep it up. It helped a ton. Wonder if ER and Cornersville games wouldve had diff outcomes if he had been allowed to do this sooner.
