2022 5A/6A Region 1 vs. Region 2

R1-6A DB will be much better, but that still won't get them past the Maryville Wall in the 3rd round. 

SH looses a massive senior class and it didn't appear like they had a QB in the waiting that is going to be close to as good as they have been at QB. Somebody is most likely in the transfer portal for QB.

WR will have a decent record, because the schedule is so easy...but they won't be close to as good as this years team.

Jeff Co. has the really good (Jr to be) QB. Will they have anything to go with him?

2-5A will be West and everybody else.  Central might take a step backwards, and Halls and Sevier County will challenge them for the #2 spot.  

In 2-5A, it's Maryville clearly still atop.  Bradley Central, Farragut, and Cleveland will be the next three, and could be in any order 2-4, IMO.

Halls and SC were formidable opponents for West this year. I hope they graduated a lot of those fellas. I agree that those three teams will battle it out for that 2 spot but I give the edge to Halls.
