Sidelinehustler
I’m surprised Portland never stole their train whistle back from Carthage.

Speeding2Live
7-0 Carthage. Some costly flags on both sides probably a few more against Carthage.

Where were the train tracks in Carthage? I know Gordonsville had an active train not many years ago. Don’t know if it still runs. Most of it is a rails to trails walking trail now. Gordonsville still has rail service to Bonnell Aluminum.

Yeah I’m familiar with the walking trail along the road in South Carthage. I know there was a tragedy near there in the 40’s where an entire family was killed by a train. TigerTown12
Gordonsville’s offense was not clicking mostly because starting QB didn’t take a snap in any preseason scrimmage. I expect a much better outing next week. Regardless, Smith will be tough to handle for any team in the trenches this year.
