Believe tigers beat the wildkittens  35-20. I've never understood Meigs county not having a soccer team. Seems like there would at least be some interest there. Especially if greenback and sale creek can field teams I think Meigs could as well. But I don't know jack about soccer.

Because soccer is a Communist sport, and Meigs County ain't having nothing to do with Communists.

Should be a good game. Coach Martin is a good coach and will get all he can out of what he has - just like Coach Fitzgerald will.   Coach Martin coached my grandson at Meigs.

I think the score will be close through the first 2-3 quarters because of it being the first game for Meigs with a lot of new faces in starting roles, thus "possibly" having more penalties, botched plays, and turnovers. I know very little about Sweetwater other than hearing they return a lot of players from last season, and them having a good running back.

This one should be a fun one, but I think Meigs pulls it out because of their physicallity.

It could be sloppy tomorrow night, what team does it hurt the most?

It hurts sweetwater more,  they do have a good running back but meigs has more of a power run game. That’s gonna ground and pound and keep moving the sticks. Sweetwater likes to throw it around a little bit as well

SJHS beat Meigs Middle tonight 42-14.   Jr high team looked very good and has a ton of talent coming behind them as well in the little leagues. Future is bright

Our numbers are low. I counted 26 for us. Sweetwater had good talent. Good qb play, good receivers, and #1 for Sweetwater was a one man show.

I'd agree with that. If you have to pass alot to make your yards it may be more difficult
