Maybe this year is an "expense" to build toward the future.  If H20 isnt going to have the spread'm out sling it around dudes in the near future, maybe this staff is gearing up to gain the experience now so we can shine in the future.  My count is 2 starters returned to the Offense and 2-3 starters for the defense this year.

Yes, entertaining indeed now that the shoe is on the other foot. But we’re in different stages of grief. We know our team is no good and that ER will spank us. Acceptance v denial.

There's a difference in talent being down  vs  under utilization of the talent you have  by handcuffing your guys  by playing football in a phone booth.

Yes sir, there's still alot to play for this season.  This is the first reg season region loss in 5 or 6 years so it kinda stings. With Dekalb and upperman coming up its likely to get worse before it gets better. 

Don’t forget y’all only scored 2 field goals last season and y’all’s refs called the winning TD back on westmoreland. Not much difference from y’all’s team last season accept we are a year older and better and lost less people

Curious to what you would do if you were coaching this team? You seem to be more tied into the kids than I probably am.

Could it be that Westmoreland isn’t a bad team after all. Our offense has struggled after the Portland game because we lost a dang good player from a fractured neck in the last minutes of the Portland game. Our D is #1 in 2a in most statistics I’ve heard. Proving Ryan Harris is better than y’all’s Hackett!

and that's depth development issue , instead of basing what do around a individual will bite you in the long run . Great Programs develop depth from start to finish

Development would've started after the TC loss for those that were not involved in secondary sports . that's for certain

So you’re saying that the coaches didn’t put the needed effort into getting these young kids ready to play on Fridays?
