JRB
Everybody is in region this week. I think Baylor-Pope is the most compelling game with FRHS having the best tailgate. MBA @ FRHS Baylor @ Pope BA @ SBA McCallie @ Knox Catholic Ensworth @ MUS CBHS @ Briarcrest
theawesomebro
you see any surprises? I think folks are picking baylor but pope prep is legit. I think they might take that one. can FRHS give MBA some trouble? LA has knox catholic in a few weeks. will that be a decent game? I feel like the excitement is waning on the D2 board. I got Pope over Baylor by a few scores. I think Baylor is waaaaaay overrated but we will see tomorrow. Ryan game against MBA should be close as long as Ryan's play-calling isn't questionable like last year's game. I believe Baylor beat Knox Catholic by 40 which means that LA hangs 40+ as well on KC. I don't see them scoring on the Mustangs.

MBA @ FRHS Baylor @ Pope BA @ SBA McCallie @ Knox Catholic Ensworth @ MUS CBHS @ Briarcrest Definitely the best tailgate! The West looks weak this year but an interesting game will be CB vs Briarcrest. Nashville teams are 1 & 2....the rest are just playing to be the best in Memphis. Navy21412
FRHS-MBA will be a good one. FRHS has dudes on defense and are well coached. That was a slugfest last year. Expect the same tomorrow night. I have never been to a varsity game on campus at FRHS before, so looking forward to that one. But I agree with you--Baylor Pope is the game of the weekend. JRB
I am hearing that Pope will be without Minchey and Ansly (best defensive player) this week.

I saw someone tweet during the game Friday that they were up big at halftime and he wouldn't be playing in the second half...wondered if it was a serious injury or not. JRB
I don't know the extent of either injury. Thinking Kenny is out 2-3 weeks.

Reporter said he spoke to Minchey after the game and said it wasn't serious and that he'd be ready to go. That would be a huge loss if he misses....understatement of the year. In the games I’ve seen this year, MBA has a “bend don’t break defense”. CPA was able to move the ball early however drives stalled with penalties or a turnover. If FRHS can capitalize on early drives with points I think they can make a ballgame.
