RD 2 UC Travels to Martin

Union City seems to be clicking and getting healthy at the right time. Tough close hard fought game with Huntingdon and then traveled  to Memphis and dropped the pass happy Freedom Prep Academy team 48-12. Now its back to Martin. Westview is a good team but my belief is this UC team wants that sour taste out of their mouth from the loss a few weeks ago. UC will play UC football and will grind it out. The defensive front will apply the pressure and hopefully the difference this time will be that our starting backs and DB’s are back and can slow the passing attack. We said we wanted Westview and Huntingdon again and we just might get both but first we have to take care of business in Martin.

Westview’s QB broke his collarbone last night in their game as is out for the season. They don’t really have a backup. This could break Westview’s deep post season run hopes!

I hate to see any kid get hurt. Please let Westview QB know prayers from UC are sent for a full and speedy recovery.

With Westview's QB situation now, I'd say that WV has a difficult up-hill battle against UC. I think it would've been the best game in the area, prior to his injury, but I think UC takes this one now. Good luck to both teams and hopefully everyone makes it out of this one healthy. Prayers for the WV QB.

Ross got hurt? #5 is a good backup

Yes. They put Hamilton #17 in when Ross got hurt last night and he would run it or hand it off to the running back but that takes their best receiver threat away when they do that. They are going to have to figure out some other options before Friday night

I wonder why they did that. Hamilton is a monster but like you said it takes away their best receiver.

Was going with UC in a close game but now think 2 to 3 tds

Vol fan is being sarcastic. It will be a good game. But im telling you UC wants revenge on both Westview and Huntingdon and to get to Huntingdon possibly they have to get through the chargers 1st.
