This was a good game last year with PC pulling away late in the 4th qtr for a 10pt win, I remember right. But different season and different teams. PC will definitely be the best team HC has played this year IMO. That being said I’m sure PC is going in as a heavy favorite in this game. Hope HC can make this a 4qtr game and give themselves a chance to win. Can’t afford to get down multiple scores. Anyone got any thoughts on this game?

I'm pulling for Hardin County in this one but Pearl is tested.  They have played MBA some say the #1 overall team in the state. That game did not go so well.  They also played up and give Cane Ridge all they wanted.  I'm sure you have already looked at the comparison between scores of Pearl and Creekwood.  The fact the game is at Pearl and Hardins road record is not great.  I feel Pearl runs away with it.

Yeah PC definitely tested with out of region schedule and pretty tough region as well. The biggest difference with PC and most teams HC play is they just matchup better across the board. It’s really hard to find any mismatches against them. Their always solid at all three levels on D and great team speed. RB’s always have house speed and usually set the edge well for them to run. I think HC will have to be really solid in all three phases to make this a game. Can’t have many penalties and no turnovers it will take a great scheme and execution of it to stay In this one.

I don’t remember how we scored lol but I remember that y’all’s #2 scored them TDs on us. This is the game we didn’t have barion “7” and a lot of folks wrote us off. I don’t think we will be a heavy favorite but this will definitely be a battle.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
