Who believes the best football resides from Oak Ridge to Blount County? 

 

I'm worried to see who can compare something better.

Depends on the classification..... Since this is the 5A/6A thread I would say the 5A frontrunner is Knox West and the 6A frontrunner is Oakland.        But overall that Knox/Blount area is pretty stout in football championships

This year could be swept by middle Tn in 5a/6a. Depends on how good west is. I’d like to see how they do against Boone.

West will beat Boone by 28+ if Boone even makes it to West. Boone has to beat a down Knox Central team first. But nobody will stay within 2 scores of West throughout the playoffs.

As a Boone fan I have to be hopeful but also realistic....   it is 50/50 that we get past Knox Central

Depends on how you look at it. The area as a whole has some great ball but the midstate is catching up and has even surpassed in some aspects. Like quality of the very best teams.

Trent Dilfer, the worst QB to possess a super bowl ring… lol but hey at least he’s finally successful at something. He was terrible as a football analyst, so he’s finally found his suit… coaching/recruiting/paying kids in high school football.

5A Knox West without question until someone proves otherwise.  They have played exceptionally well this season.

6A  Oakland.  Basically since the Creasy era began 8-9 years ago, all roads lead through the Boro.  They are always very deep in the playoffs.
