I don't know the total number of fouls called in this Middleton / East Robertson game, but it was kind of ridiculous. With that being said, if Middleton doesn't get hosed by officiating....I think they're the best team of all the 1A games I watched today. Hampton played well too, but I don't think they can match the overall speed or stop the Middleton point from going where he wants to go. I think Middleton will beat USJC by 18+

Hold on….Robinson had 23 pts, only attempted 5 free throws to Groves 18 free throws lol officials was calling for yall the whole game!!! And you most definitely right he’s not Elijah Groves or Grant Strong he’s RJ ROBINSON!!!!!!

Isaiah Groves locked Robinson up. Elijah Groves still outscored him. Rj Robinson is no where near the hooper Taylor Groves or Grant Strong are. Good ball player, but he isn’t a division 1 athlete like them two.

He isn’t anywhere near Tyreke Key. Isaiah Groves was locking up Robinson and then he got fouled out. I believe the officiating didn’t let either team play to their strengths. Like I said yesterday congratulations, I literally picked y’all to win so it’s not like I’m rooting against y’all lol.

Groves is a great athlete and maybe more athletic than Robinson but he is not the basketball player Robinson is.  If ER has any since they take Groves in put him in the post against the two 5'8 kids that guarded him the whole game   Too much one on one from Groves.

Robinson understands the game and plays it with a high basketball IQ, something alot of kids dont have these days.

I would take Robinson over Groves to start a basketball team every day of the week

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
