You are absolutely correct!  The insurance in Summertown was not the State of Tennessee insurance that is used in the majority of school systems in Tennessee.

It is good stuff. Think about it, he’s from Lawrence County. Those Summertown boys are coachable.

Less money, less talent and a 15 minute difference from MP. If he wanted to leave for Summertown,  he'd have done it by now

Yeah there’s talent in MP but the kids in ST are more coachable. Yes I said it

I’m not sure about Kit but the second part of that statement is FACT.

They still pay less, 10k less. You taking a 10k paycut to move to a job with less potential? This job has been open multiple times, yet he's never been interviewed,  that oughta tell you something.  He's not interested

Summertown has less talent, less money, worse facilities than Mt Pleasant. Program has no momentum. I thought Crews had them headed in the right direction a few years ago, but the Rick Rice thing was a complete disaster. I understand that he had his reasons, but he did a lot of damage to that program with his Hokey Pokey routine.

Hartsfield would be crazy to make that move.

Just a matter of days imo Ricky will be the HC at McEwen High.
