I wouldn't necessarily say conditioning. More lack of depth. Forrest only had one lineman (#68) playing both ways as far as starters go. Makes a difference when your big guys up front only have to play one way and can refresh between possessions.

I would say depth was an issue, and If Franklin could have played a full game they would have won IMO. It looked like the offense was struggling to find guys to put on the field during the game due to all the cramping.  But again we lost so have to move on!

Dude quit making excuses…You lost ….All teams had to play under the same conditions….Just move on …Makes ya Look bad making all the excuses…. Good luck to all and may the best team win….

A question was asked and I provided my response. Already posted that they beat us hands down and no excuses from me.

All teams have players that are trying to play through the heat and that cramp up this time of the year when their having to play in the heat…Part of the game for everyone…Your welcome for my words of wisdom…Better become more of team that consists more than just Franklin if your going to beat the good teams… Just stop or slow down Franklin…Sounds like he needs to hydrate better… So he can keep himself in the game…No doubt though a great player when in the game…

At one point in the game both starting backs, TE and Qb was on the sidelines cramping so even if Franklin was already out they had 3 other key players out as well.
 

When Franklin was in the game on defense Forrest didn’t have an answer for him, he didn’t play 1 snap of defense the whole second half.

I would have to agree Cornersville has to get other guys more touches. If your whole game plan is to hand it to Franklin 30+ times a game you are not going to beat good teams.

I've been out of coaching for awhile now but if I'm up 14-3 and Chapel Hill didn't have an answer for him when playing D, I wouldn't have let Franklin play one snap of offense in the second half. You didn't need any more points. If what you say is so, someone made a poor decision.

Only played a handful of snaps on offense in the second half, so he basically didn’t play the whole second half on either side of the ball.

Gotcha so it's true that as Ben goes Cville goes. Hope he can stay on the field more in the future or the Dawgs will be lucky to finish at .500.

All week Cornersville fans told us how they were so much more than Franklin.  Other than #9, they weren't.  

Franklin was slow to get up after every play from the 2nd quarter on. It was malpractice to play him as much as they did. He could've gotten badly hurt.
