So one of the staff told you that?  Hmmm...really??  But if they did...Can you really blame them?  I mean all you have done is bash the hire...and not because you KNOW anything about them.  If you truly supported the B, you would truly support them and give the guy a chance.  But you haven't done that in the least bit.  You are just going on second BS spoon fed from your boy Coach T. Have you reached out to the new coach?  Have you talked to him?  Tried to learn about him?  I doubt it....to hear you say it, they are running out of the I formation and only running between the tackles.  I have seen a lot of their stuff...they run 4 Verts, Mesh, and Counter just like your ole buddy...the new coach just doesn't beat his chest and spout off a bunch of bs and wear his skinny jeans on the sideline trying to show off the frank and beans (cmon coach, you looked ridiculous). 

If you haven't met him, why don't you stop by and visit with him...meet HIS family.  Meet HIS staff...you might find he is a pretty good guy.  Don't just take ole T's word for it.

Blaze - I hate to hear that. The invite stands if you want to drive across town - not nearly the size, but always a good crowd and good football too! Oh, and a bunch of old guys arm chair QBing everything!

Getting this conversation back on track - the Farragut looks pretty solid. QB can toss it and the two headed rushing monster seems to be working too. Lot of Seniors on this team, should be there year with that said, last week was a heartbreaker for them and they are gonna be mad.

IF (that's a big IF) Cleveland can slow them on the ground and keep #5 covered, plus get the offense going and control the penalties, it will be a good game. That's a lot to ask, but it has happened before.

You must have been someone that worked with tygard or wanted the job cause you stay hating on dude.

Let me clear the air for you. I don't dislike or hate Kreisky. I stated my opinion in one thread that I didn't feel like it was a fit and that this season was gonna be rough and sadly it opened up that way. They did play their best game last week, That said, I believe it was you who was speaking for the players and coaches that said that did not want me there and I should disappear in a" Blink of an eye" or some BS like that.  I don't dislike any of the coaches on staff currently. Now what I will say is I do know some of them and a few quite well. As my sons played under them during their time at Blackman. I defended Shadowens, I was disappointed when they let David go, and hated to see Kit step down to go to Mt Pleasant . Likewise I don't think the deal with Tygard was handled correctly either. Now whether you like any or all of these coaches, you can go and ask them what their opinion is of me and I can assure they know I have been loyal to them as friends and coaches for this program and the ones they coach now. You would likely call me every head coaches "Boy" by your standards.  The irony in your post is you bash Tygard and make fun of me for being genuine in my support for him and his family, just like I have all of the previous coaches, in one paragraph. and then say I should respect and get to know your chosen one. Sit down, meet his family talk get to know them . You are talking out of both sides of your mouth. You obviously don't like Tygard for whatever "personal" reason football related or not. Yet you never bothered to take the same suggestion out of your playbook and apply it. You don't know squat about me and look at the hate you are spewing.  The difference is I don't dislike or hate anyone, but simply disagree with someone strategy /philosophy/ gameplan  and you just hate somebody

Tygard is a good dude when you take a minute just to talk to the guy. Given time and the resources that Cleveland has, he will be successful there. Sure there are some people that don’t like him (same for every coach I know), but the kids sure do. He got people excited again about football at Blackman and he will do the same at Cleveland.

I don't think the excitement for Raider Football ever wained, at least from what I dee and hear. No one has been able to duplicate what Benny Monroe did there. And they are looking for that again. Not easy to find that fit again with a good coach and the talent.

Cleveland always has good athletes. The problem always seems to be getting them all on the same page and not making mistakes that kills themselves.

I believe Tygard can do that, but it’s not going to happen overnight.
