Central still can’t throw the ball. They can beat the bad and mediocre teams with Frank johnson alone but not the good and great ones. 42-7 West.

I'm honestly surprised Ooltewah managed to play Knoxville Central so close, Ooltewah is a pretty bad team.

Is West really that good? I mean they beat Bearden in which the Dawgs had their way for 3 qtrs. They beat Clinton but most average teams would. They beat Farragut but what I saw based on DCM it was gifted to them. They beat Maryville but let’s be honest, not even close to a healthy Maryville or what most are accustomed to out of Maryville. Not taking anything away from West as they have found ways to win but I am just not sure as to how good they actually are.

West isn't as explosive as they have been in past years. But they still have a very good defense and a pretty good run game. As long as you have both of those, you will have a chance to win every game. They have also taken advantage of other teams turnovers and not turned it over alot themselves.

Agree with the exception of the turnovers comment. West has turned the ball over three times in all 4 games and still managed to win. If they can clean that up...the scores might look more impressive
