It’s not my math it’s a census and that’s also kids as far and young kids too and some that go to Obion county HS and also several of the county elementary schools. So yes Union City is towards the top of the 1A numbers but still below the 2A level that TSSAA sets. No arguing Greenfield has less kids but both are in the same bracket set forth by the TSSAA.

UC 42-9

42-3 when 2nd string came in.

Greenfield has a decent passing game if they had a OLine. That QB will be great the next few years.

Heck yeah baby!! Another statement win in 7 single A. Fills my weekend with laughter….y’all got any middle schools on the schedule? Don’t know why but this group excites me so! Keep beating that chest guys!

So if you’re such a Lake County fan and big fan of their school then PLEASE tell me why you won’t send you children to school there. Why are they in Dyer Co schools.

Oh wait and you live in Lake County and they go to Dyer County schools???

That is why y’all’s numbers are so low in Lake County because y’all sends the kids to other school systems.

Because I enrolled them there. Started in private just went public. My girls are volleyball and softball players also level 5 gymnasts and run XC. We just don’t offer enough! And you don’t wanna compare what I’ve done for LC and will continue to. Gotta give you credit…you tried! In 20 years I haven’t hidden my identity on here…everyone in LC knows my kids are going where the NIL money is

    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
