If DB was smart they wouldn't take a chance on Hurd getting hurt in this one. Elizabethton's D is big and physical. One hit from ether Defensive ends, and it's lights out on his season. They may go with the QB from Union.

You will see Hurd start. If they do that, that would be THE weakest coaching move of all time! They would you be dooming the team’s chances to be competitive. And you send a message to your team that you do not have confidence in them. The line can’t protect him. He can’t take the heat. Coach looses the locker room and quit possibly his job. But I don’t think they will be hiding the QB or shying away from the game. That’s not how we do it up here in the hills. We may be DB and Betsy, but afterwards, we’re still Region 1.

Lawnman, forgive me for I do not know what I do. Indians in the upset. Key word upset, Betsy is better! 1. The game is at DB 2. Indians have played a much heavier schedule at this point. 3. DB is not that bad upfront with a hard running RB.

Whitten is the better coach and I believe Betsy has much more unity.

I’ll eat crow with any side you recommend. Having made my choice, I’m pulling for Region 1 4A. GO BETSY!
