Region 5 is down this year except for MC but I can see Reg 5 winning 3 of the 4 games this week with Cornersville being the only loss

i know we blew a couple games this year that if we played again right now we would not lose, but that does not matter...but i agree that region 5 can go pull at least 3 wins but its a longer shot for cornersville than the rest of region 5 for obvious reasons, lol. but makenzie is gonna have fun stopping #33 Ben Franklin, he is a darn train!

In turn cornersville is going to have fun stopping #14  Tate Surber from dropping dimes all over the place lol.

Both these are true!

#33 Franklin is a DUDE! but Connersville's offense is pretty predictable, id say 90% of his touches come over the left side so just load it up!

#14 Surber is HIM!  he dominated off the edge last year against MC on defense and we could see even in warmups he was going to be just as good at QB the next yr and he has done nothing but get better and better as the year has progressed.

Yes, I have watched some of #14s highlights, he is a good player...I guess my two cents on Ben is related to having played him the last 4 years...we have never played Makenzie...but I think it will be more competitive than some might think.

We faced # 33 year before last. I am sure he is even more of a hoss as he was then.

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
