RD 1 Eagleville @ West Carroll!! Any thoughts on this?

I believe Eagleville will go to West Carroll and take a victory!! Looking at both teams schedules, Eagleville definitely had the tougher of the two...its a long drive, but I know our kids are ready to take our momentum into this game that we have made the last couple weeks shutting out Richland 33-0 and then beating a good Cornersville team 23-14...We need to play smart, disciplined football like we do at home on this road trip and i think we can take it...

Probaly the most competitive Rd 1 game. Wasn't impressed with eagleville the last 2 years that Dresden played them. West Carroll will be physical and chippy.

Ya, i had to live the Dresden matchups the last 2yrs...they are good! they just reload out there somehow, hahaha...i hope we can have a good game this playoff game, i think the boys are ready....we will see, its still a 2hr 17min drive. and i agree that the majority of these playoff games in RD 1 you can pick the winner without playing the game.

If WC can figure out a way to throw the football, they can win this game.  They have good backs, and a good size line.  I think this could be low scoring.  WC needs to use the line and control the tempo.

Unless Eagleville picks up Derrick Henry on the way to Atwood, I have WC. New team, new year, but the Eagles that came to Dresden the past couple years couldn't beat many middle school teams around here. I'm not hating but that's the truth. WC is always a fiery team to play, and they will be extra ready at home.

Looks like Eagleville has a pretty large roster hope they can't wear us down. Also noticing WC has a couple 8th graders listed. I can't ever remember that happening in football
