He was secondary coach at Maryville during that time and one of my favorite coaches ever. Unfortunately he passed away a few years back, but I know a few people who'd be able to help get that ring back to his family.

CU06
Pete Billingsley was a great, great man. After a great HS career at Farragut, he was a great athlete at Carson-Newman. Following his playing career, he had a successful coaching career at Farragut, Maryville, CAK, Lenoir City, Rhea County, as well as a stint in GA. He was a great follower of Christ and led many FCA small groups at all the schools he coached. He passed away in 2020 and was greatly loved by many people he interacted with in the schools he worked. His family is still in Knox and Blount counties and would greatly appreciate this lost item.

I,watched him play in in high school, and we had a close common friend who was a teammate of his at Carson-Newman. Got to have conversations with him on several occasions. Great player, class act.
