This job is not a good one. They wont pay and are losing kids. No one good wants to get paid what they are offering and deal with losing kids. I know at least two guys that turned this down

Don't call the people to tell them they don't have the job until the one you offered it to is signed/sealed and delivered. Not sure why that is so difficult.

fantastic hire for central. Lane should’ve been a head coach a few years ago. no clue why he really has been passed on so much. He’s gonna have to get some guys in and the numbers up. central had maybe 40 guys last year. once he can install excitement within the program they will be back to winning.

Catholic not going out and hiring somebody with a pulse after Matthews left was equivalent to waiving a white flag and admitting that they can't compete in that classification.
