JournalEntry
Just a fun topic to discuss. What East TN High school football coaches could you see making it in the NCAA or NFL?

TheRedDevil1986
College football is a completely different animal because of the recruiting aspect. I would bet that would be the main hang up for a lot of guys that could make the jump. I think there are a number a guys that could make the jump to college. NFL is an ole' boys club so I doubt anyone could make it there without serious connections.

NCAA Division 3 is where you can't give athletic scholarships but can give academic scholarships/aid.
JournalEntry
I could see JJ at DawgHouse making the jump to college as a recruiting intern or analyst. He could also enroll as an undergraduate volunteer while working on his degree and kill two birds with one stone. Pretty clear he is a good salesman.
strongx
There is plenty of bad football at all levels. So the opportunity is there.
