KevB1990
chill, I spoke with Shipley after the game and Claiborne is 6-0...don't think the Sevier Co. game was included on their schedule, a HOF game.
post10
Lenoir City is 5-1. The fulton loss was a hall of fame game. That leaves there only loss being againt oliver springs last week. That was the wrost officiated game I have ever been around. LC had 12 team fouls in the 2nd half compared to OS 1, that's for an entire half of basketball. OS shot 35 free throws compared to LC's 6 in the game and LC only lost by 2. By the way, Lenoir City won the championship game of the Davey Crockett thanksgiving tournamnet by 31. They are incredibly balanced and shoot the ball very well.
post10
I say that about Lenoir City as being a recent player in that district. I don't remember they being nearly as balanced when I was playing. That is a really valuable aspect for this years Lenoir City team.
CoachSH
Elizabethton needs to come a long way. The football players are way behind. Central could give them a run. Elizabethton will be ready by tourney time.
shack159
Whats up chill! I think your rankings are right on. After seeing AE blow out Clinton and playing Lenoir City Id have to say you got it. Now I think things are a changing and we will definitely see if the rankings hold true or not. I think it will be interesting to see the AE Fulton games and how your side of the region turns out with LC, Loudon, and AC all being right there competitive. Howard and Elizabethton doesnt really have the challenges that the others have in AA, but they play a good enough area schedule to compensate. By the way, you will see tonight, but the falcons football players are going to fit in right nicely and suprisingly there will be little to no transition to basketball except for the conditioning part. Hope you get to see us soon. Say hi.
shack159
Well, I guess there will be some transition afterall. It sure was different than practice for some reason. Gibbs played extremely well and hit very high %. You just never know. They get a quick chance to make it up when we play Fri and Sat though.
