Sweetwater Cats will mercy rule Meigs Tigers. He did not want to get mercy ruled by Sweetwater Cats so he left Meigs Tigers so that would not happen. Meigs Tigers will not be able to win over Sequatchie Indians or Giles Bobcats in the playoffs next year.  It will not happen. I guarantee it. Watch and see. Do you want to bet me? Meigs being down just likely means we will be an average 3A team in 2024. It's still better than half the teams out there. We ikely won't win the region, but probably wont plast last either. As far as beating Sweetwater, I'm sure it will still be a good game between us. If they win congrats them. I'm sure they will be happy. If we win its also not a big deal. We were used to it for about a decade anyway.

Meigs Tigers better hire them a coach that will not get mercy ruled. If the new coach for the Meigs Tigers gets mercy ruled it will not be a good day. They are not going to mercy rule Sweetwater Cats either. It will not happen. Watch and see. I am Captain Guru and I approve this message.

I've still nott heard anything but also haven't spoken to anyone. Most of the people I got info from have had their kids graduate. Guess I'll know when they let it out. I'm curious who has interviewed so far if anyone.

      And that needs to go, Charter ,private ,magnet,city and any school that operates differently than pure public schools should be separated. What really needs to be done is address urban and rural. About all the usual powers have access to several kids from other schools period.

      Slightly off topic from a gender standpoint but just observed several boys volleyball games in the Knoxville area for a short spring season. The guys seemed to have a great time. There were several club players on each team but several football, basketball and tennis players involved. Knoxville Catholic, Maryville, Heritage, Knoxville West maybe William Blount had teams. Thanks to Coach Brent Carter from Knoxville Catholic/K2 for getting it together. I’m sure the coaches involved got several laughs trying to coach guys that really had no idea what they were talking about but pretty athletic and competitive. Catholic’s best basketball player told the coach he had played a lot of 2:3 and 1:3:1 but never a 3:3 LOL Maybe it will catch on with some more schools next year.
