I hope whatever rivalry Thursday does, they don’t have another game on Saturday at 12 o’clock coming from a Bearden fan wearing maroon in the stands on metal bleachers on a 93° day with zero wind. I probably lost about 5–10 pounds of sweat. I like the idea of it being on ABC whatever to grow Tennessee high school football, but it just can’t be at 12 o’clock again, and for whatever team gets it, I pray it’s a cloudy day for you.

The stands at West are concrete, but yeah it was a scorcher for sure.  The turf was at about 150 degrees.
