If Bond drops to 113 (which all signs point that way), they don't have a 120 and Ryan could let Eason or Hare go out there to get their hand raised. Makes sure that you get Roark on Malachi to get that win and I'd imagine Calvin beats Olli. The FR/Baylor match is going to be an epic semi-final. I think McCallie will win but recognize I have a bias. That said, it wouldn't shock me for any of those three teams to win it all. It's that close imo and could literally be decided on the toss. Why would anyone ever think that Coach Pat Simpson would shuffle his lineup to get the matchups that would help him win another state title? In his 40+ years of coaching he has never shown a tendency to move kids around!

I asked because he has to wonder if Calvin beats Olli giving up the weight because he has to weigh in light for McCallie in the next round. I’d imagine he does it but I don’t know how that match goes for sure. I’d imagine Calvin wins but that’s why they wrestle

Ryan has a lot flexibility up to 175. Will be interesting to see their moves for sure. Edited February 2 by FR615
FR615
Congrats to Mccallie. Think Mr Simpson might have out smarted himself with his 150 and 157 moves in the final this year. Mccallie is loaded the next 5 years. Edited February 4 by FR615
