I learned this program from a former coach a few years ago.

What you do is compare two teams by an opponent they have both played. It is called Misty Math. Moore Co. beat Unionville 55-38, which is a 17-point margin of victory. Moore Co. beat Cascade by 10 points with a final score of 50-40. Unionville lost by 17 and Cascade by 10 which gives you the prediction of Cascade to beat Unionville by seven points. The system has not been modified to the point where it gives an exact score just the margin of victory but what the heck I'll go out on a limb and give an educated guess on the final score.

CASCADE-47

UNIONVILLE-40

Cascade played a good game, but they could have played better. Mallory Ayers, their only senior reinjured her quad so Cascade is not sure about her right now. Kayla Bush also had ACL surgery today, we're praying for you girl. Cowley is returning the Eagleville game if not before. Cascade keep overcoming the odds, and please stay healthy!!!!!!! Good luck against Culleoka Friday.

BUNN IS OUR HERO!!!!!! love ya babe!

Well I'm not happy how it turned out but that's why we play the game. Give credit to Cascade for playing with 6 players but there was a lot of missed shots and a lot of fouls not called ON both sides. I don't usually say much about officals but those three need to go back to school. The one from Nashville needs to stay there. He could not see a foul if one of the girls hit him themselves. Then another one gives our coach a T but later just could not do the same in the boys game when the same reaction happen. But I guess if you are blind you only see(if they can) what you want to.

    • That was after the 2nd year of a 4 year cycle.  Since Covid we have been on a 2 year cycle.  So, there really isn't a "mid cycle" reclassification this time.   Idk if there's anything in place to address the issue of a school closing.  My guess is, nothing can be done.  This would be akin to the 1st year of a 4 year cycle, where a school has the 20% +/- but not allowed or even have the option to move up or down.
    • No reasonable lawyer would take up this case. I am not a lawyer, but I know school law in and out.  Similar situations just like this play out thousands of times each year across the country, even at the college level (i.e. Ole Miss)  The Plaintiff's never win...ever.  If I am wrong, please provide a legal precedent for me. I will be waiting.  https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/39431892/judge-drops-ole-miss-player-lawsuit-lane-kiffin
    • Yes Justin Cruse was named head coach
    • It used to be, I think it still is, a change of 20% +/- gives reason to reclassify. Schools can choose to play up classifications but not down. Here is the mid cycle reclassification info on TSSAA.org When Memphis East changed from a regular public school to an "all-optional" school in 2017 the would've dropped to A but chose to stay in AAA in basketball (baseball, and softball) Penny was still coaching there and with the players they had they would've beaten A teams by 40 and slept walked to the championship. Other Memphis schools stayed in their classifications (mostly in basketball) until the next reclassification cycle. Of course this is the same time that a 4th class was added basketball.
